Lambert Smith Hampton in Belfast has been appointed as managing agent to One Stop Shopping, a shopping centre and retail park in Birmingham, which has just been acquired by London based Sovereign Centros and Europa Capital from Standard Life.
The substantial shopping centre and retail park, which is located in the suburb of Perry Barr, comprises 380,000 sq.ft. of retail floor space on a site extending to almost 28 acres.
One Stop Shopping is anchored by Asda, M&S Outlet and Wilko. Other notable retailers in the property include, Nike, Argos, Boots, Sports Direct, New Look, Arcadia and Poundland.
Keith Shiells of Lambert Smith Hampton said: “This is our first major management instruction from Sovereign Centros who, with more than £2billion of assets under management and a development programme of 4.5million sq.ft., are one of the fastest growing independent real estate companies in the UK.”
