A new health and wellbeing facility is set to open at The Junction Retail and Leisure Park this September, representing a £100,000 investment.
Occupying three units and covering
a total space of 5,558 sq. ft., 12 new full-time and part-time jobs will be created
when Volume Fitness opens at the Antrim-based shopping destination.
The opening of the facility will take a phased approach, with the first phase being a dedicated group training space that can accommodate up to 16 people per session in a mini-gym scenario. Members of the public can sign up to a 12-week programme that involves small groups of four being trained by a personal coach, with a core focus on both physical and emotional wellbeing.
A fully equipped open access gym will complete the next phase of the development, offering a range of membership options, with walk-in passes also available. Highly skilled fitness experts will provide a bespoke experience for members by providing additional services including functional screening and bio-mechanics analysis.
The third phase of the development, expected to open later
this year, will feature a dedicated space to accommodate yoga and pilates
classes as well as holistic services including Reiki, reflexology, massage and
